Healing Group led by Annabelle Rankin HEALING GROUP Every other Monday at 7pm £5 per evening Join a group, as a regular or a drop-in, dedicated to inner healing, to the health of our inner lives, which can be reached and affected by meditative techniques, prayer, creative visualisation and creative ‘play’ activities. This group is a place of mutual support and acceptance of such things as differing life experience, family background and religious beliefs. Each participant is able to explore personal problem areas in an unthreatening way. Such areas are naturally responsive to inner healing techniques and activities. We need to work in this way in order to update and evolve inner attitudes and spiritual well-being, and to be happy whatever our circumstances. Nourishing ourselves spiritually, mentally and emotionally strengthens the positive pyschological faculties such as original thinking, will and resistance – faculties that have an immediate effect upon our experience of life. |
